1. Shipping & Delivery

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package.

Please note that sofas and custom orders require a longer delivery time, and estimated lead times will be provided at the time of purchase or enquiry.

For customers within the EU, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. For customers outside the EU, please contact us directly to receive a personalized shipping quote before placing your order.

We also offer a Click and Collect option - simply select this at checkout to pick up your order in person from our store. Orders can be collected during normal opening hours, unless otherwise agreed. Items are usually ready within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

Please note: only standard-sized packages will be sent by courier. Shipping for larger or oversized items will be calculated and arranged on a case-by-case basis. Customers are also welcome to organize their own transport, and we will ensure that the item(s) is securely wrapped and ready for transport.

2. Shipping Methods

We use reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Damage Claims

If your order is damaged during transport, please report the damage within 24 hours of receipt by contacting us directly.

Please provide photos of the damaged items and the packaging to support your claim.

Claims made after 24 hours of receiving the order may not be accepted.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange items.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods offered on our webshop.
