We’re not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates. Once the order is shipped, risk of loss passes to you.

ROOM BY SARAH is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with ROOM BY SARAH. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions or any issues arising from them. You release Shopify from all related claims.
